Why breathwork?

Breathwork is not only about breathing.

How it works.

In a session, you are not doing anything complicated. You are simply lying down, breathing in a guided way—

while your body and nervous system begin to release stored tension and patterns.

My approach combines breathwork, somatic activation, biohacking tools and brain-programming techniques.
